The reason I did not add five stars is started with my first initial call to schedule an appointment. I asked to have an oil change but also powertrain warranty check. I’m approaching my miles and wanted to see if there were anything that could be covered under warranty. I was told by the person who scheduled the appointment that request would be added to my order. No other information was provided to me. Once I arrived for my scheduled appointment I reviewed my request with with the service rep. At that point I was told that they do not do that and if I wanted to proceed with any troubleshooting it would be $165 fee. Had I known prior I would not have gone through with the appointment. The service person I interacted with was good but he seemed to want to get me through and get to the next customer. Which I understand is his job. But not all that friendly. Overall I’m satisfied with the quality of work that was done on our Tahoe.

They took me right in and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Got right in for my appointment, short wait, reasonable charges. My service person was friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had.
